More New Boats and Boat Slip Covers at Hibiscus By The Bay!
In the Hibiscus By The Bay marina there are many more new boats and boat slip covers so the boom continues!
Gary and Judith Hatcher got a new cover to go over their new boat! Dr. Smith got a big new slip on the floating dock and moved the Black Pearl into it. That was good news for the Black Pearl because she was kinda cramped in her prior slip. Now Dr. Smith uses his old slip and lift to keep his jet skis out of the water.
There are three new boats that I do not yet know who the owners are. One is big pretty yellow boat, cleverly named “Over Ez”, powered by twin 250 HP Yamaha four strokes and has VERY high gunnels. Another, is a cruiser named “Fanchon” that is located in a large slip on the floating dock.
A recent arrival, a very pretty yellow, what looks to be 24 ft. bay boat manufactured by Sportsman Boats. This manufacture has a primary owner and founder who was the founder and owner of Sea Pro Boats. A few years back Sea Pro sold out to Brunswick. After Brunswick took over, the Sea Pro boats I came in contact with did not have near the quality, fit and finish as they had before the company was sold. If Sportsman Boats follows the old traditions of Sea Pro, they might produce some very nice boats. The 22 ft. Sea Pro offshore center console I had was manufactured by the ‘old’ Sea Pro boat company and was a GREAT riding boat! The owner of the Sportsman Boat just put a cover on his slip as well! Nice!
And lastly the boat named “Delores” owned by Duncan and Deb Marsh have put a cover on their slip for her as well!
